I graduated from Waikato University in 2000 with a BMS majoring in Accountancy. I’ve worked in accounting firms and gained commercial experience, both at home and abroad. I have wide-ranging accountancy experience, particularly in GST returns, preparing annual accounts, and monthly management reporting.

Whatever the industry, whatever the company, I’m a big believer in exceeding the expectations of the customer and being open and honest in everything that I do.

I am happily married to Ian and we have four young children. I love spending time with them and although they drive me crazy at times, I am very proud of their caring natures and the keen interest they’re already taking in a wide variety of interests and activities.

It is very important to me that I do a top class job for my clients. My strong accounting background ensures the work I do is always optimised for the accountant to use.

I have been working in and around accountancy for most of my working life (36 years). In the mid nineties, I had commercial sector experience working for an exporting firm. Then it was back to an accountant’s office and this is where I began supporting accounting software packages, such as NZA GOLD and Aurora One.

I became self employed and an MYOB Certified Partner in 2003. In 2007 we started Office Angels and I became a Certified Consultant for QuickBooks the following year. I have completed a Certificate in Maori Studies.

I am married with three step children and three fabulous grandchildren. I love to travel and have managed a two year OE and various trips in New Zealand and abroad. The best job I had when I was on my OE was as a cook for a Scottish family who owned a castle on the shores of Loch Lomond.

I have a strong background in banking, but in recent years I have jointly owned a successful postal business. This was a great personal experience as it developed my interpersonal skills. After the sale of the business I continued to work as an administration manager before joining Office Angels in 2007. I am experienced in running accounting software packages, accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reporting and payroll. I am experienced in both profit and not for profit organisations.

I like to see a job well done and I believe that the office is the engine room of a business. I really enjoy working with my clients and I like to see them succeed in their business and get value from our service.

I am married with two terrific sons. In my spare time I can often be seen wearing Lycra and riding my road bike. I have participated in the Lake Taupo challenge four times and recently I finished the 100km Flyer from Rotorua to Taupo. For me, nothing compares to rising to a challenge, that is outside my comfort zone.

I came to New Zealand from South Africa in 1997 and settled in Auckland where I worked for a number of well-known companies in various roles including procurement and stock control.

In 2007 I went to Australia for a year and that stretched to five years. I looked after a variety of clients using MYOB and Quickbooks and assisted with Tax Office compliance. I returned to New Zealand and have been with Office Angels since 2012. I am certified with Xero and proficient with a number of other packages such as Infusion, MYOB, Reckon, iPayroll, Ace and IMS.

I love good food, good wine and good company. I have travelled to various places and would someday like to do more. I have two children and two grandchildren and they are the light of my life. I enjoy bush walks but my favourite pastime is reading.

I have a very strong customer service focus and enjoy applying my varied experience in new roles and helping clients get the most out of their business. I learn something new every day and this is something I treasure.

I am married with five boys. Over the years they have kept me very busy, but there is light at the end of the tunnel as they grow into fine young men and become more independent. I love travel and have enjoyed trips around NZ and overseas. My husband, Richard and I love our Ford Capri and enjoy heading off on road trips in the weekends.

My first job was in banking and then I travelled to the UK and Europe for an OE that lasted three years. When I returned to NZ I joined a law firm and qualified as a legal executive. Later, I moved into a new career in office administration and worked for twelve years as an office administrator for an engineering company.

Now I am an Office Angel and I love it. I am able to put my experience to good use by helping my clients and I am constantly learning as there is lots of training involved when you are an Office Angel. I look forward to the continuing journey as an Office Angel and the opportunity to develop relationships with new clients.

After receiving a comprehensive education, including three years at Waikato University studying commerce, I spent several years working in different industries including fashion, real estate, building materials and construction.

I like all aspects of my job and in particular I get a lot of satisfaction working as a business mentor. I enjoy the opportunity to offer practical solutions to help my clients achieve their goals.

I am happily married to Cathleen and am privileged to have three children and 3 grandchildren. Although the business is big part of my life I still get time to do regular work outs in my home gym and go down the coast for some R&R.

I am married with two teenagers and have lived in Tauranga for most of my life. I have worked in the accountancy and administration sector most of my working life, including two years working in Australia and two years working in London while on my OE.

I completed a Bachelor of Management Degree majoring in Accounting through the University of Waikato in 2012 and have been the Accountant for Office Angels since April 2013 – and I love it!

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading a good book and spending time on the water in my kayak.

Graduating from university with a BA(Hons) in Literature in England, I quickly developed an interest in challenging the status quo to understand how processes can be done cheaper, more efficiently, and with increased simplicity.

With over 15 years experience in documenting, analysing, measuring, and improving processes in organisations such as Vodafone, Verizon, and for DHBs and local government, this practical experience backs up my training in various lean methodologies.

I am passionate about leadership, and recognise how critical it is to set the direction of a business – strategically, behaviourally, and culturally. I’m a proud alumnus of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, a New Zealand-based, internationally acclaimed leadership development organisation.

Moving to New Zealand in 2011 was the best thing I’ve ever done (not counting marrying Claire and having kids, of course!) and it is very much home. I used to play a lot of cricket, now I barely get to watch any, but it’s still a big part of my non-work life. I’m the President of Avenues Badminton Club in Tauranga, my enthusiasm vastly outstripping my playing ability. I’m a keen cook, time permitting, and keener eater of food, which I always make time for.
